3 months ago I was put on strong meds for the exact same reasons as you. It made things worse so they gave me even more potent stuff. The meds made me feel numb towards any emotions, And I even became more depressed than ever. I stopped cold turkey 4 days ago, and I am paying for it now, I guess this is called detoxing. Even though I am physically suffering now from withdrawal symptoms, this suffering is showing me how powerful the meds really were. I was on the verge of ending it all 3 months ago, I needed serious help. And I had to go through the process to really understand what I needed and who I am. Who am I? I don't know!!! But now I know who I want to be and I'm gonna slowly carve this guy into reality, and I am not gonna allow my weak mind to consider the easy way out again. This detox phase, it's weird and seriously unpleasant, it feels like my body is giving in, this is the price I pay for allowing myself to lose control over my mind. I'm never going back to meds again, and I have too much good to give to the world, I see that now. Therapy was pointless too, what a waste of time that was. Moral of the story? The cavalry isn't coming. It's you against yourself. I'm sending you a seriously strong hug, the strongest hug you've ever had. I'm rooting for the best version of you to bring euphoric happiness to those around you, but more importantly to yourself. 🫂

I have panic attacks too and i use klonopin 2mg to get better.. i know its just a band-aid and short term solution but i can't handle the bad feeling... wish you luck
